These Terms govern access to the RefreshEmpowerment platform operated by JR Generations LLC. Final legal copy will replace this stub before public launch.
Customers agree not to use RefreshEmpowerment to send misleading communications, to target individuals outside of legitimate IT communications, or to circumvent rate limits on the public demo.
Enterprise contracts include written SLAs. Starter and Professional plans operate on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis.
